With thirteen days of shooting, I had overall responsibility for the management of sample workflow across two shoot teams of the merchandise. I scheduled logistics daily ensuring all deliveries and pick-ups were on track across numerous London locations. Alongside this merchndising role, I managed the on-location budget for the three-week shoot, managing to come in under-budget.
